International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.

Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. Seyla.lk will be displayed as the Merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders

You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for return.
If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 20 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. – Item number(s) to return
– Reason for your return
We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, the amount you will be refunded upon quality inspection of the returned merchandise, a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will pay for shipping of the returned item(s) to the carrier.
Returns will not be accepted without a return approval email from [email protected]. Please note, that the return approval code will expire in 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Return approval email. The item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time.
